Delivery Policy 

Great news, Me to You Gifts delivers across South Africa.

 

The delivery and shipping policy is subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Requests will be processed within 2 – 3 business days and delivery confirmed by way of email once your package has been dispatched.

 

Packages will be shipped via The Courier Guy. All packages are tracked and you will receive an email with this information when your order has been shipped.

Delivery time: 

Delivery times depend on the location, please see below the estimated courier times:

  • Johannesburg and Pretoria: 1-2 business days*
  • Other parts of South Africa: 3 – 5 business days*

*Please note that this does not include our 2-3 business days processing time.

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy 

We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.

 

Your order can be cancelled until the point of shipping. All you need to do is contact us via WhatsApp or call us as soon as possible.

 

For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the Goods were purchased in the last 30 days and the Goods are undamaged and in the original packaging.

 

Please note the following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to YOUR specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

Me to You Gifts (Pty) Ltd has sole discretion and reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above criteria.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be returned or refunded. Please note, this exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Once we have inspected the returned products we will, according to your preference:

  • Replace the product (if available); or
  • Issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
  • Issue a cash refund (Electronic transfer)*

*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ items was received as a gift. Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and applied back onto your payment method within 14 working days.

 

In the rare occurrence that the incorrect goods were delivered accidently or is missing any parts Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels. Notify us  immediately and we will collect the product from you at no charge and deliver the correct item/ items as soon as possible.

 

If your goods arrived damaged, please notify us within 7 working days by emailing

We will require the following information to assess where in the delivery process the damage may have occurred:

  • Photograph of the outer box (including whether it has a Fragile sticker or not)
  • Photograph of the inside of the box, including the inner packaging
  • Photograph of the damaged item.

 

If necessary, we will arrange collection of the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product or photographs and validated your return (if needed), we will, according to your preference:

  • Replace the product (if available); or
  • Issue a refund voucher for the purchase price of the product or
  • Issue a cash refund (Electronic transfer)

*Please note that a cash refund is not available if the item/ Items was received as a gift. Cash refund will only be available to the original purchaser.

 

How to return Goods

The purchaser/ receiver will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Me to You Gifts (Pty) Ltd except when stated differently. Goods can be returned to the following address:

Me to You Gifts  (Pty) Ltd cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Me to You Gifts (Pty) Ltd are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods returned or proof of received return delivery.
